"This is perfect for mid life women dealing with those hot nights. I have always slept hot and now that I am in middle age it is worse. These dresses are my favorite sleepwear. The sizing can be a range. I am 125 lbs and can wear a medium in the slip dress. The first time I tried it that was the only size available and it worked. I am pretty sure I could do fine with a small. in the sleeved sleep dress I wear an XS."
