Creating Your Return or Exchange
You'll need your order number (this will start with NA) to request your return or exchange. Just head to our easy to use Returns & Exchange Portal here and follow the steps and we will get your refund, exchange or credit to you as soon as we can safely see your return is on its way.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes women's and men's underwear and women's bodysuits for hygiene reasons).

Returns and Exchanges Policy
You can return any item (except Final Sale items, Socks, Bodysuits, Underwear - Bras do not classify as Underwear) within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is unworn and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy.

We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

For health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened Underwear.
Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.
If a pair of Underwear is received faulty, please contact our Community Happiness Team.

Bras do not classify as Underwear and can be exchanged/returned so long as they meet our policy.

Items marked as Final Sale (subject to Consumer Law) cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.

If a Final Sale item, or opened Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

All returns/exchanges inquiries will be responded to by our Community Happiness team. Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal will be processed.

Please note that we can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from our website. Items purchased at "brick and mortar" retailers and other stockists should be returned to the store where the purchase was made.

Return requests for exchanges and return requests for refunds will incur a $9.95 fee deducted from the refund to cover the cost of sending the item(s) back to us using our return label. The shipping costs on orders under our free shipping threshold are non refundable.
