My feet do not like to be tight in socks so I wanted some that would keep them really warm but not feel too tight. I wear a 9 and 1/2 women's shoe so I bought the large and they are just perfect. So soft, warm at night, not too tight on my toes. Have this nice material at the top of them so they aren't too tight on your calves. They also feel breathable which is so nice. Highly recommend!
