How do I redeem a Boody Gift Card for payment of my order?
To redeem a gift card during check-out, look for the grey box on the right side of the screen below the products listed in your cart and above the totals.  If you are on mobile or a smaller screen you may need to click "Show Order Summary" at the top of the page to see this field.  Simply click and type in the code that came in your gift card email. Make sure you click “Apply”.


FABRIC AND CARE

How should I care for my Boody?
We recommend a warm machine wash with similar colors, using gentle biodegradable detergent, followed by air-drying in the shade. If you need to tumble dry, please select the lowest or delicate setting. Iron on a low setting. Do not dry clean.

How should I care for my Boody Padded Bras?
While hand washing is ideal, a gentle machine wash and spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Shaper Bra. We recommend that you avoid the dryer as the heat will break down any elastics and can cause dimpling in your padding. For these reasons, we also recommend that you simply take out removable padding before washing.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. When purchasing from Boody your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Credit card details are never stored on the Boody website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway (Stripe or PayPal) for authorization and authentication.

Can I send a Boody gift to a friend?
Yes, of course! During checkout, update the shipping address to the desired address.

How do I enter a coupon code?
To enter a coupon code during check-out, look for the green box above the billing details section. Simply click and type to enter your coupon code. Make sure you click “Apply Coupon”.


ORDER QUESTIONS

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order please contact orders@debutproducts.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

What’s my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package with the appropriate carrier.


DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Do you have any discounts or promotions running?
We frequently offer discounts, promotions, and special offers.  The best way to get discounts and promos on Boody gear is to sign up to receive our promotional emails.  You can find the signup form at the bottom of this, or any page on our site.

How do I apply my discount code?

Discount codes may be applied during checkout.  Add items to your cart and select the checkout option.  On the same page that you enter your address information you'll notice a field to enter your gift card or discount code.  Enter your code here and click the Apply button.  Your total should adjust to reflect your discount.  Some discounts and promos do not require a code and will be applied automatically.

Can I apply multiple discount codes and/or promotional offers?

No.  Only one discount offer or promotion may be used per order.
