Completely inept mail order service

First problem - my order didn't arrive so after 2 weeks I contacted them and they had to resend it.

Second problem - the order finally came, but instead of the 9 pairs of socks I paid for, they only sent 3 pairs.

Currently trying to get my money refunded for the socks they didn't send.

In many years of online shopping, never had a vendor get the order so wrong...

Lovely!

Bought these as a gift for my grandfather. They're super comfy, and easy to wear, and soothing on his feet. Wish they were a tiiiny bit longer, but I love them.
