Super comfortable, my go to pants

Beautiful pants. They feel so soft and comfortable, I've purchased 2 now! My only 2 issues are they are slightly too long for shorties like me so gather and sag a bit at the ankle and the other thing is the elastic in the waist folds over itself a little which tends to bug me a bit, it would be good if it were actually sewn into the band itself. The sizes are generous, so size down one.
